CPA Ohad Rosen is a founder and managing partner of the Reality Funds Group. Ohad specializes in valuations, accountant financial opinions, strategic consulting as well as guiding and managing companies in financial difficulties. Since 2005, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the largest cement carrier in Israel, "TAAVURA TIFZORET". From 2001 to 2005, Ohad served as a director at "New Pharm Drugstores" and "New Pharm Romania". Prior to that, from 1997-2000, he worked as an accountant with the accounting and financial consulting firm Yitzhak Suari & Co. Ohad holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from the Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Michael (Miki) Vardi is the founding partner and chief investment officer of the Reality Funds Group. Dr. Vardi, former head of the Israeli National Lands Administration, has filled various managerial and consulting roles in several real estate companies over the past 30 years. He is also a senior partner in several private real estate companies. Dr. Vardi, among other responsibilities, oversaw the construction plans of thousands of housing units in Israel and represented foreign investors who own properties in Israel. Over the years, he has advised leading firms in promoting various real estate properties in both the private and public sectors. Since 1996, he has operated companies under his private holding to promote, manage, and execute real estate projects in Israel. Dr. Vardi holds a master's degree in performance research from the Israeli Technion in Haifa and a PhD in risk management from the University of Bergen in Norway and specializes in decision-making under conditions of uncertainty.

Adv. Assaf Vardi is the founder and managing partner of the Reality Funds Group. For the past 22 years, Assaf has been involved in initiation, management, and improvement of complex real estate projects. From 2003-2008, he held the position of Business Development Manager for a public company specializing in initiating and investing in a variety of real estate projects. Assaf also owns and manages a number of private companies, and he has been investing in real estate since 1996. Assaf holds a Bachelor of Laws degree as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the IDC Herzliya - Reichman University.

Adv. Moshe Hardi is the managing partner of Reality Debt. Adv. Hardi served as a senior partner at Herzog Fox Ne'eman's Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department for 25 years, where he accompanied some of the largest transactions in Israel and established extensive working relationships with top Influencial Israeli entrepreneurs, banks and investors. Adv. Hardi has been with Reality group since its inception, and he has personally been involved in most of the transactions and all of the group's most complex transactions. Adv. Hardi uniquely specializes in the field of real estate, planning and construction, as well as development and financing of projects in Israel. As a real estate lawyer, he has assisted a variety of complex and diverse transactions, including the sale and purchase of commercial centers, combination deals, and complex deals to acquire projects and land for development. In addition to that, Adv. Hardi has been personally ranked for over a decade among the four best real estate attorneys in Israel in all Israeli and international rankings. Adv. Hardi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Tel Aviv University and has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1997.

Yoni Michavi is the Deputy CEO, VP of Finance and Business Development at Reality Debt. Prior to joining Reality, Yoni spent over fifteen years at Gazit-Globe Israel, where he served in various positions, including senior executive roles such as Deputy CEO and Vice President of Finance and Business Development. He joined Gazit-Globe in 2006 and took part in the establishment and growth of its subsidiary in Israel. Michavi holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Netanya College and a master's degree in financial mathematics from Bar-Ilan University, in addition to a degree in real estate appraisal.

Zvi Rettig is the director of the credit department at Reality Debt. In 2008, Zvi joined the real estate division at Bank Leumi as an economist and since 2012 has served as a client manager for the largest and best-known real estate companies in the country. As part of his duties, Retig’s responsibilities included handling financing transactions from application analysis and aproval, through business and legal negotiation to their successful execution, as well as overseeing the operation and management of existing financing. The credit portfolio he managed consisted of a wide range of large and complex financing, including land acquisition, construction of income-producing properties, residential construction, combination transactions and urban renewal, in addition to extensive syndication transactions. Zvi holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration and a master's degree in economics with a specialization in finance and banking from Bar-Ilan University.

Michal is a member of the Credit Committee at Reality Debt. Currently, Michal is an entrepreneur as well as a business and financial consultant in some of highest-profile transactions in the market. She also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors in several real estate entities, including Gazit Globe Israel.
Between 1996-2016, Michal held senior positions in leading banks, initially in Real Estate surveyance roles, including establishing the Real Estate surveyance department at Discount Bank and Leumi Bank. In her last role, she served as the Head of the Real Estate and Infrastructure Division, at Discount Bank’s Business Unit. In addition, Michal acted as VP of Business Development at Meshulam Levinstein Construction and Engineering (publicly traded at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange).
Michal also gained a versatile public-related background, acting as the Association of Banks’ representative at the Surveyance Regulation Committee between 2006-2011, and Chairperson of the Sub-Committee for Standard 19. In addition, between 2013-2015, she presided as Council Member on behalf of Ramot Hashavim in the South Sharom Regional Council (Drom Hasharon Regional Council).
